* A 15% restock fee will apply to orders cancelled after the sale end date.

* All stock subject to availability, prior sale, or crop failures.

* We will call you to pick up your order in April/May.  Bare root plants must be picked up by May 1st.

* Unless stated otherwise, all bare root is guaranteed to 100% of the amount paid through June 30, 2023. After June 30, all stock is guaranteed up to 50% of the amount paid for up to one year from the date of purchase. Exceptions apply.  See store for details.  Any claim will be a limited, one-time event, and may be resolved solely at the discretion of Landon's Greenhouse.  Planting/delivery fees are not included in the warranty.
